VPNio help guides
Clear answers for your account and compatible devices.
Can you use VPNio on airplane Wi-Fi?
Check the airline and Wi-Fi plan, complete the onboard portal first, and separate an airline connection problem from a VPNio connection problem.
VPNio connected but no internet on Android TV or Google TV
VPNio looks connected but apps will not load? Isolate ordinary Wi-Fi, all-app, one-app, public Wi-Fi, and server-status issues with safe checks.
How to set up VPNio on a router with OpenVPN
Check that your router has an OpenVPN client, get a VPNio server profile and VPN credentials, then follow your router maker’s current import instructions.
How many devices can use VPNio at once?
VPNio advertises up to five simultaneous connections. Count connections that are in use, rather than assuming every installed app is a connected session.
How to cancel VPNio renewal and request an eligible refund
Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancel future renewals in your account, then contact billing support if you want a refund reviewed.
I paid for VPNio—where are my activation details?
Sign in to the VPNio account used for your purchase and check the VPN access section. A payment receipt alone does not establish that VPN activation is ready.
How to check VPNio on Fire TV or Android TV
Check the app’s connection state, ordinary internet access, and the public route from the same TV. Each check answers a different question.
Install VPNio on a compatible Fire TV
Check the operating system, find the official download, and review installation help.
