I paid for VPNio—where are my activation details?
Sign in to the VPNio account used for your purchase and check the VPN access section. A payment receipt alone does not establish that VPN activation is ready.
Find your access details
Confirmed payment starts the provisioning process. When access is ready, your customer portal provides activation details.
- Sign in to the same verified VPNio account used for checkout.
- Check the subscription and VPN access section.
- When access is ready, reveal your VPN credentials privately.
- Use the native app’s activation details for its login flow; use the portal’s VPN username and password when an OpenVPN client requests credentials.
Use the right credentials
Your website sign-in and your VPN connection credentials have different purposes. Do not substitute the website password for an OpenVPN password. Follow the labels shown in the portal and app.
Do not create a second subscription to solve missing activation details. If payment is confirmed but access remains unavailable, support should review the existing purchase and provisioning status.
If the app rejects your details
Check the device and operating system against the official downloads page, then record the exact error. Ask support to check the account and activation status. This guide does not promise an instant provisioning time or prescribe password rotation, reinstalling, or network changes as a universal fix.
Contact support with your account email, purchase time, device model, and exact error. Keep activation PINs, passwords, and full payment details private.
Need help with your account?
Use your VPNio account to check your subscription and access details, or contact support. Include the device model, operating system, and exact error message. Keep passwords, activation PINs, and full payment details out of screenshots and messages.
