Checking server status
Last successful update: Not yet available
Status updates every 30 seconds while this page is visible. Online means a server checked in within the provider’s 90-second window; it is not a speed test or confirmation that your device is connected.

Using a Profile
The VPNio app handles server setup for you. Prefer your own OpenVPN client or a compatible router? Use a profile from the server list above. For router setup, check compatibility and follow the VPNio router guide.
- Download a profile. Choose a server above and save its
.ovpnfile, then import it into your OpenVPN client. - Enter your VPN credentials. Use the VPN username and password in your customer portal, not your website sign-in. An active VPN account is required to connect.
- Connect or switch servers. Connect in your client. To use another server, download and import that server’s profile.
Profiles are public downloads supplied by StreamShield and include the CA certificate. Downloading a file does not activate VPN service or include anyone’s login credentials. If your router needs a separate CA file, use Profiles & certificates in your account.
