How to cancel VPNio renewal and request an eligible refund
Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancel future renewals in your account, then contact billing support if you want a refund reviewed.
Turn off future renewals
Use the account associated with your subscription. The portal shows the renewal date and whether auto-renew is on or off.
- Sign in to your VPNio customer portal.
- Find your subscription and select Cancel renewal.
- Read and confirm the cancellation prompt.
- Check that the portal shows auto-renew off or renewal canceled, and record the displayed access-end date.
What happens to access?
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. The portal states that access continues through the displayed date after renewal is canceled.
An uncertain or failed cancellation message is not confirmation. If the control is unavailable or auto-renew still appears on, contact support before the next renewal date.
Request a refund separately
The service terms allow you to ask for a refund within seven days of a first subscription purchased directly from VPNio. Email vpniosupport@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Do not include full payment-card details or VPN credentials.
Renewals, partially used periods, and accounts suspended for prohibited activity are generally excluded under the published terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Support must review the request; turning off renewal does not automatically issue a refund.
Need help with your account?
Use your VPNio account to check your subscription and access details, or contact support. Include the device model, operating system, and exact error message. Keep passwords, activation PINs, and full payment details out of screenshots and messages.
