Terms of service

Effective September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and VPNio. They explain the rules for using our website, applications, customer portal, subscriptions, and VPN access (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement and privacy

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, purchase a plan, or use the Service. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and describes how account, billing, and operational information is handled.

2. The VPNio service

VPNio sells and supports VPN subscriptions under the VPNio brand. The encrypted VPN network is supplied through an upstream infrastructure provider. VPNio remains responsible for our customer relationship, website, account portal, billing, and support, while the upstream provider operates the VPN servers and related network systems.

Server locations, capacity, protocols, applications, and other features may change as the Service develops. A plan does not guarantee permanent access to a particular server, country, website, streaming service, or item of content.

3. Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for determining whether VPN use is permitted where you live or travel and for following all laws that apply to you.

4. Your account and credentials

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your password, activation PIN, configuration files, certificates, and registered devices. Do not publish, sell, or give those credentials to another person.

Contact vpniosupport@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity or account verification before making a security-sensitive change.

5. Plans and connection limits

Each plan includes the subscription period and simultaneous-connection allowance shown during checkout. You may install the application on multiple compatible devices, but only the permitted number may be connected at once. When the limit is exceeded, an existing session may be disconnected to make room for the new connection.

6. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Plans are charged in advance at the price and for the term displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
  • A recurring subscription renews automatically at the end of each term using the payment method on file until you cancel it.
  • You may cancel future renewals through the customer billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term and does not erase charges already incurred.
  • If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed.
  • We may change future prices after giving reasonable notice. A price change will not alter a term that has already been paid.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. VPNio does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

7. Refunds

For a first subscription purchased directly from VPNio, you may ask for a refund within seven days of the initial purchase by emailing vpniosupport@gmail.com. Renewals, partially used billing periods, and accounts suspended for prohibited activity are not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A specific website or streaming service becoming unavailable is not, by itself, grounds for a refund outside the initial refund period.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use, or allow another person to use, the Service to:

  • Violate applicable law or help another person do so.
  • Send spam or operate phishing, impersonation, fraud, or scam campaigns.
  • Attack, scan, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to a network, device, account, or service.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, botnet software, or tools primarily intended for unauthorized access.
  • Create, obtain, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, exploit, or incite violence against another person.
  • Defeat security controls, evade a service ban, manipulate advertising, or commit click fraud.
  • Operate a public proxy, open relay, or exit node, or place an unreasonable load on the network.
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Service with unrelated people or businesses without written authorization from VPNio.

Send network abuse reports to vpniosupport@gmail.com with the relevant IP address and timestamp, including the time zone. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the network, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

9. Intellectual property and notices

VPNio names, branding, site content, and proprietary software are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service during your paid term. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from proprietary software except where the law or an applicable open-source license permits it.

Copyright concerns may be sent to vpniosupport@gmail.com. Include the work claimed to be infringed, enough technical detail to identify the reported activity, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

10. Streaming and third-party services

VPNio is designed to support private internet access and may work with many streaming services, but third parties can block VPN traffic or change their systems without notice. We do not guarantee access to any particular platform, channel, event, title, or region. You are responsible for following the terms of every third-party service you use and for having lawful access to its content.

11. Availability and changes

The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, security work, hardware failure, upstream outages, internet conditions, or blocking by third parties. Retail plans do not include an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, limit, or retire features and locations. If VPNio permanently discontinues the entire paid Service, we will provide reasonable notice and an appropriate remedy for unused prepaid service as required by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a violation of these Terms, a credible security threat, abusive activity, or a legal requirement. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that logically survive termination—including payment obligations, acceptable-use rules, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute terms—remain effective.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. A VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the VPN server; it does not make you completely anonymous or protect you from malware, browser fingerprinting, account-based tracking, or information you voluntarily disclose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VPNio and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the Service. VPNio’s aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to VPNio for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify VPNio against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change through the site, customer portal, or the email connected to your account. Continuing to use the Service after a revised version takes effect means you accept it.

17. General terms and disputes

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and VPNio concerning the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or this agreement without our consent; VPNio may assign the agreement as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

Before filing a dispute, email vpniosupport@gmail.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

18. Contact

Questions about the Service, billing, refunds, abuse, copyright, or these Terms may be sent to vpniosupport@gmail.com.
